2) Your guides have brought you here... It is YOUR time now. You have done SO well, that the Universe is trying to reward you with a WHOLE NEW LEVEL!
3) If not for yourself, do it for all of us! Within you, you hold codes and downloads, and your purpose must be met. We need you!
4) Time to go with the flow, let go, and trust and have faith that all will be OK!
5) The river of life is pulling you in a certain direction, or is resisting certain actions you are continuing.
6) Time to be even more in the heart... No ego means nothing in the way of you changing.
7) If you are thinking about the ramifications of your decisions right now, and not acting on what YOU know is what YOU need to be doing right now, then the ego is delaying you from doing what your heart says is right, and knowing that it is safe to act on it NOW!
8) I am hearing loud and clear that:
You need to Express your self! You need to stop playing small! Expand your self! Express gratitude! And you need to declare to the Universe that you are not a victim!

9) The Universe is giving you everything that you are resisting. You need to acknowledge all that it is, let the emotions run through you, and let them go.
10) Find someone to talk to, and let it ALL go. Not the person that you feel victimized by, anyone else, anyone at all....
11) And have gratitude!! Express to everyone on facebook or in person how they make you feel, or what you are grateful for; all the words you have left unspoken. In order to reverse all that you Suppress, you must begin to Express!
12) Keep doing your meditations and internal work! I find affirmations are crucial to reprogram your mind, heart, and being; Our thoughts, words, vibration, and intention create our reality. Affirmations will help you shift conscious and subconscious levels to ALL positive!..
13) And then you will be able to release more easily any blocks; anything from your past, any fears, negativity, limiting beliefs, or ideas of scarcity... All that which is in your iceberg that needs melted away, to have an awakened heart that will allow you to attract all that your heart desires (including perfect health!! )... So you will be more in your heart, and oneness, the unified field of consciousness, and Knowing that all there is is Love.
